SOURDOUGH SANDWICHES
Makes your sandwich unique
Our sourdough breads consist of flour, water, yeast, and salt. No preservatives, no flavor enhancers, no leavening agents. Only after a long fermentation period of at least 18 hours is our bread formed into a loaf. All breads are handmade - so each loaf is unique. Typical for German bread recipes, the crust is crunchy, and the inside is fluffy. Topped with salami or ham, cheese, or our signature dips, these breads are irresistible!

The Bavarian Superfood
The pretzel may not be missing in any Bavarian bakery. With a crispy crust, a fluffy inside and some salt on top. Together with simply butter or one of our signature dips this crusty treat is a part and parcel of Bavarian bread culture.

CAKES
Sweet treats
For the sweet tooth among you we offer freshly baked cakes. These are always lovingly made by hand and without additives, artificial flavors or even ready-mixes. We use only good butter, egg, salt, sugar, flour and other fine ingredients for the dough. We even cook our own pudding - with fresh vanilla beans. Whether it's our famous Plum Streusel Cake, the Vanilla Apricot Tarte or a German classic like Nut Corners - our selection is daily changing, delicious and fresh.

COFFEES AND TEAS
A must for every good breakfast!
We offer regular old fashioned filter coffee to provide you the coffee experience we like the most with our pretzels and sandwiches. We also serve Espresso, Americano, and Cappucino made from Nespresso® coffee for those looking for a little more exclusive goodie. And of course, we always have a nice little variety of tea bags available!
WHO IS FRAU CRUST?
Frau Crust a.k.a. Anni is the wife of the Chicken Guy. They both have a great passion for food. So they decided together to go to the USA to sell awesome food.
Frau Crust is a passionate baker and the biggest fan of BROTZEIT (which means literally "breadtime"). Therefore she has dedicated herself to one of the most traditional crafts in Germany: baking bread. Did you know that typical family dinners in Germany, where bread is eaten, are called BROTZEIT and are honored and celebrated as a cultural asset in Germany?
